The HILD seed company was founded in 1919 by Karl HILD as a family business in Marbach/Neckar, Germany. Since 1988 we have been affiliated with Nunhems/NL and thus are an internationally active vegetable breeding company that operates in the most important crop-producing countries in Europe and the rest of the world. With us, progress has tradition.

HILD and Nunhems maintain breeding programmes for all important vegetable species, from which highly productive varieties for professional growing result. Apart from breeding, seed processing is an important focal point of our research activities. With the help of modern processing methods (priming, prestinun pills) we have made a name for ourselves.


In our complimentary grower catalogue you can find an assortment of seeds from approximately 100 vegetable species from our company as well as detailed information about the varieties and seed forms.
